Ikea Trofast / Flisat Activity Lid
This listing is for the Learn about CVC Word Building Puzzle Lid set
A Solid 3mm Base with a hollow layer with space for tiles and the vowels engraved vertically down the centre
The set comes with chunky 6mm thick tiles :
20 x Consonants (No q as you are not able to make a CVC word with a q)
25 x Picture tiles with common CVC words
There is the option to buy BLANK tiles if you need spare ones that you perhaps want to draw or spare engraved ones, where we need you to please tell us what you would like on them.
(Eg if you order a pack of 10 engraved, we need to know if you're ordering spare consonants and which ones or if you're ordering different images)
If you don't specify, your selection will be random to prevent delays with orders
This product is for the Large Trofast Trays only, and is 42cm x 30cm
Please note, if you don't a Flisat Table or use Trofast Trays, please just make a note in the comments box for a rectangle version, The rectangle will be approx the same size, but with less rounded corners and no thumb slot that you see on the Activity Lids we do

Laser or CNC
As we now have a laser machine, we will be changing how some of our items are cut.
All items that are 4mm thick or have a 4mm part to them (Eg backings to trays and puzzles) will be laser cut, and we will also now cut a lot of our 6mm products with the laser machine too, as this gives a crisper finish to the edges.
Please use the comments box on the product you are buying if they are any of the above thicknesses, and feel you would prefer us to cut it as before with our CNC machines (This is not an option now with 4mm backings, as we will be pre cutting all of these to help with our speed of service)

With most of our designs, we're happy to make them more rectangular to be just used on a desk, table, floor etc, for anyone that doesn't have a Flisat table, or Trofast trays.
Please just comment in the notes and we'll remove the little thumb slot and make the corners more rectangular.Disclaimer
