Lovely Large Flisat insert with 10 emotion tokens for placing into the provided spaces, or slotting into the posting holes, or standing up in the slots provided 

the tokens are approx 5cm

The slots are also perfect for lolly sticks. 
Perhaps little ones can use coloured sticks, writing their current feelings on the zone of regulation colour, and popping it into the slot. 
 
The 10 tokens are all 6mm blanks with the faces cut out, making them lovely and easy to colour with either paint pens or acrylic paints (use small sponge dabbers for a quick coverage) 

The emotions are engraved onto the lid and they are : 
happy
loving
calm
silly
tired
angry
sad
confused
worried
sick
