ADDING ITEMS TO EXISTING ORDERS

1. Place a new order - This is an 'add on' facility, so we may not be able to combine a new order with your older one if it's a lot of items (eg £40 or more)

2. Tell us in the notes on the basket page what your previous order number is

3. Postage refunds will be sent within 1-2 days of dispatching both orders - The non refundable merchant fees and deductions made if more than one parcel is needed to send your order

Please note if you ask us to combine an order with one almost due out, we may need to hold back your first order by a day or two to give us a chance to add your new items
