ADDING ITEMS TO EXISTING ORDERS
1. Place a new order - Remember this is an 'add on' facility, so we may not be able to combine a new order with your older one if it's a lot of items (eg £40 or more)
2. Tell us in your notes in the basket page what your previous order number is
3. We process any postage refunds once orders are dispatched (within a day or two)
(Amount of refund depends on quantity of parcels needed, and deduction of our non refundable merchant fees)
Please note if you ask us to combine an order with one almost due out, we will hold back your first order by a day or two to give us a chance to add your new items
